You are knee-deep in radioactive dust on some colony-world nobody has ever heard of, there are Precursor marines sniping at you whenever you stick your head up and the nano-comms are completely scrambled.

The Trailblazers Toolkit is here to help you out!

The first expansion for the RPG-Lite adventure wargame Five Parsecs From Home 3rd edition gives you 58 pages packed full of new options to customize your game and the way you play.

New players get an introductory 4 turn campaign perfect for getting a soft start on the game or introducing a friend.

For those wanting to see more narrative content, random tables will generate the names of starships, planets, colonies and corporate patrons.

If you have a crew who are looking for a new challenge, weve introduced two different systems for progressively increasing the difficulty of the campaign as you play. Youll also find an extensive set of difficulty toggles, allowing you to tailor the game to your liking. This includes things like time limits, tougher enemies or more challenging economics.

Some of you are hopingto get someversus action going, so a unique scenario and set-up sequence for player vs player battles will allow you to face off against a friend’s crew in a no-holds-barred fight. And if youd rather work together, why not let your two crews join up and take on a coalition of foes in an expanded co-op scenario?

Weve dialled up the adversaries, AI variations add unpredictability and a wider array of possible actions to each type of enemy AI in combat whilst deployment variables allow the enemy to set up in a variety of ways, based on their AI. Some foes are more likely to dig in or hold out for reinforcements, while others may launch a surprise attack from among your positions.

Escalating battles allows fights to grow in intensity as they progress with enemies fighting more furiously or revealing unexpected ploys as you try to complete your miss
